last cleaned a few decades ago ...not great place, but ok price, we stayed at 1007 and paid acceptable rate,. from all carpet to floor too night table and wall area area was filthy and i'm not one hat is easy to be moved. sadly never came to try it food it was simply too expensive for the five of us. Taiwan in d with ramps general will cost you a bundle, much more when compared to Japan, Korea an Thailand. will i return to Taiwan? maybe not, unless you love hardcore chinese food this place is not for you. do i regret it going NO, it was fun. people are not great towards people in wheelchair a place unlike the city builed reached now.
3/5 score is even a bit over for this horrible bzz bzzz bzzz from the fanThe hotel fully presents the style of Taiwan, it is far from being called modern, however everything is well maintained and works pretty well! Room was very tidy, staff very friendly and the “handy” mobile phone from the hotel for private use was a big surprise- first time I got it in Japan. Excluding super bad quality of sleep caused by continuous bzzzzzzz bzzzz bzzz from the AC or the Restroom fun in the neighboring rooms which was waking me up over and over again it was alright! After leaving the hotel I was feeling happy I have booked my stay there just for a night as I would not stand one more night with this horrible Bzzzzzz bzzzzz bzzzzz!
Huge disappointmentI’ve seen some people talk about how great the hotel is and how rooms are refurbished... well We experienced none of that! On the contrary! Even though we asked to change our room, because the window lever was broken and the traffic noise was unbearable , the next room we got was exactly the same , shabby, with an 80’s feel to it. The taps had no shine to it, a lot of mould around the bath tub silicone. Another huge disappointment was the dining room and breakfast itself! The glass behind the coffee machine was filthy and there was also a foul stench around that area. The table cloths and chair covers are some silky material , but mostly dirty and not even ironed. They tried to make it look fancy and lush , but you get exactly the opposite feeling. The breakfast had some choices, but mostly tasteless. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights, but couldn’t wait to be out of there !

Clean room and Friendly staffRoom is clean and nice, only comment is the TV is too old and not clear. Near to train station, convince for traveller. Also near to a famous biscuit shop, i get some pineapples tarts and cookies for my friends and family. Massage shop is just next to the hotel, great to have a massage after long day.
Unclean roomI kept sneezing since I came in the room. Checked and realised dust everywhere in the corners. No power points for convenient phone charging. Shower door too big and difficult to get in and out of shower. Will not stay here ever again.
