Convenient locationRoom is spacious and clean. Service staffs is helpful. Convenient location as it is just opposite Taipei Main Station and there is a lot of things around the hotel. Able to walk to the Ximending, one of the popular place where many tourist will visit.

Ok HotelA clean hotel for Asia, but the walls are very very thin. Staff was not particularly friendly. Not a place I would recommend to friends, but you could do worse. Pro: Location Cons: noisy, not the easiest to find (elevator is tucked away).
Clean pleasant hotelSimple room with 2 queen size bed for my family of 2 adult and 2 children. It wasn't noisy at night so it's good enough for a family stay at this hotel. It's walking distance to the train station and easy to walk around for meals.
Clean, comfy, LOUDStayed one night and all was perfect -it's really clean & nice and the location is great - except it was *amazingly* loud. Loud neighbors at night til 1am (walls are so thin, could even hear w earplugs), and then a series of loudspeaker announcements and sounds (like a siren, three times!) from 9am-10:30am. I really liked this place otherwise, but not sure I'd come back. PS I did finally complain about noise around 11:30pm but desk guy didn't do anything about it

Completely AdequateThis place is very interesting. Our initial impression did not go very well, since the wrong room was given to us and then we had to change rooms a few times. However, in all my years of traveling I have yet to see hotel staff members that are so caring and that were so willing to go out of their way to help us. If you are looking for luxury and amenities go somewhere else, if you are looking for a functional, clean, safe place to sleep, then look no further. Excellent location, near MRT and a night market, with lots of nearby places to eat.. Would I come back and stay here? yes I would. A word of caution, true to many Asian hotels of this category, if you are traveling with your family, do not turn on the TV. I am very glad someone here had posted that warning and I am so glad we listened to their advice. The place is clean, affordable. Although the rooms are small, they are good enough, the bathroom is good size and proper water pressure, once again, if you are one of those people that want to pay peanuts and expect Ritz-Carlton luxury, service and amenities, stay away. This is not that kind of place, although the service is the very best. I forgot to mention, no breakfast in the morning. Free fast reliable internet.
