    The staff was rude

The staff was rude in answering my questions through email. I just canceled my reservation with them as I do not want to go there anymore. Why would I go there when they are already rude through email?

    They try, but fail.

I have stayed in many small rooms, but this one is exceptionally small. My room had no closet and no place to put a bag, except on the floor next to the bed. There was a window, but the shade was fixed and there was nothing to see outside anyway except neighboring buildings. It is located in an alley that is not accessible by a car, so you will have to walk - and it's hard to find. The room was clean, but that is the most positive thing I can say about it. There are no hooks in the bathroom and the mirror is mounted on a side wall where it is difficult to use. The breakfast had a fair selection, but the food was not kept hot. The location is good, tho.

    Appalling Cleanliness

The double room is very small and I manage to see the single and it was extremely small. The location is good even if it is located in a small lane. It's not easy to find it the 1st time. It is a 7 minute walk to the MRT. The breakfast spread was the same everyday. But can't complaint because of the low room rates. The most disgusting thing about this hotel is its cleanliness. When I tried to retrieve a coin which rolled under the bed, I saw a few sweet wrappers, a used condom and a layer of dust which was at least 3mm thick. Would not recommend. There are better hotels in the area which offer better value and more importantly cleanliness.

    Convenience place

I was stayed here in triple room for three night which bathroom is a very small but it is comfortable. Hotel has a good location and convenience that I can walk to ximen night market and MRT Ximen within 5 minutes and also friendly staff for welcome.

Budget Hotel with Good Location, fare enough~

About 10 mins walk from Ximen Station (exit 6). Stayed in their 溫馨雙人房 but the funny thing is I actually went with my mum LOL. Anyway we took early flight to Taipei and arrived at about 10am. Sadly we couldn't have early check-in and they let us leave our suitcases at their lobby. This isn't a bad choice if you are looking for a fair hotel with good budget at center location. But honestly nowadays Taipei has loads of good choices - newer hotels, nicer rooms with just a bit more money etc... Breakfast is included during my stay which takes place on the basement. Limited choice but still fair enough for a light breakfast.
