    Very good location of the hotel . Let us save more time and money to spend for shopping other activities. Everything is nice and good in conditions. Helpful and polite staffs, let me feel warm and free to stay in here.

    This hotel is good location ,staff are very friendly ,helpful and efficient,room was clean and comfortable...there is so many choice for breakfast (excellent)👍🏻my family really enjoy the food...I will come back again.

    Excellent location, Remarkable Customer Service, Enjoyable Stay

    This our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent – easily reached from the Taipei Railway Station, just next to the Metro Exit M3 which is serviced with an escalator to save your steps. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were well recieved by the front desk staff. Check-in was smooth. The staff speaks your language -on hearing that we speak in Cantonese, a lady working at the concierge who can also speaks Cantonese proactively approached us to see if we needed any assistance. She gave very detailed information to the questions we asked. Thank you, lady (and a big sorry for I just can’t remember your name) and thanks to the hotel management for the remarkable staff training. We booked a double bed room and were assigned with a room with a comfy King size bed on the upper floor. Wow! We should be more than happy for the free upgrading if not because of the malfunction of the air conditioner – it is noisy and the thermostat didn’t work well. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as there were a large variety of choices, from chinese style to enuropean style, all with due care to vegetarians. We shall stay in this hotel on our next visit and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

    Front desk service was excellent. Personable, friendly and helpful staff. Far better service than in all of the stuffy international 5 star hotels I stayed in during my week in Taiwan. The location is excellent. What let's it down is other things. Wanted to eat in the restaurant on my last night in Taiwan as lots to do, but very limited menu. Breakfast was busy and had to queue and wanted me to share a table! Also, like all Taiwanese breakfasts I ate, and I had a mix of oriental and western food, they need to learn how to do an egg sunny side up. Comfy bed and good night's sleep. Basically excellent staff, good location...let down by catering.

    Front Desk Service Standards.

    Upon our arrival on 24 October 2019, the front desk female staff (with glasses) is able to communicate with me in English throughout my check-in process. Compared to last year 2018 front desk service standard, this year 2019 is much more better. Although her English wasn't excellent but she has tried her best to answer all my enquiries. I will give a 👍🏻Thumbs-Up👍🏻 to her for encouragement. 😊
