R Tamsui-Xinyi Line Taipei Main Station
Close to Tapei main stationwe stayed at this hotel only one for our transit to Korea. Hotel is next door to exit M3 of Taipei Main station and 10mins walk to Taipei Express airport station. Staffs were friendly and helpful, speak sufficient English. Room is a little small (we booked room with window), cleanliness is above average, air condition's temperature can not be adjusted. Breakfast is very basic. i would say below average.
Convenient Location, Neat Little RoomGreat location near the Taipei main station, perfect for those travelling via high speed rail to other parts of Taiwan. Reasonable room.and facilities, neat and functionable but small as with most Taipei hotels. Friendly hotel staff and excellent service.
A Nice HotelWe stayed at Cosmos Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Our room was a Junior Suite. It was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfast at the hotel was also quite good. It was near the M3 exit of Taipei Main Station so it was very convenient to get on the MRT trains and dining at different restaurants within the massive station although It was a bit of a walk from the airport express we highly recommend this hotel to those who want to visit Taipei.
Good deal, air con needs refurbishingHotel shows its age, but good sized rooms with safe and mini-refrigerator. Chinese buffet breakfast. Discount coupon for adjacent ice cream shop. 1 block from M3 exit of the Taipei Main Station, long walk underground from the airport MRT platform. Odd control panel bedside for lights. Only complaint is that the central air conditioning in the guest rooms isn’t very powerful so room is only modestly cool (probably high 70s F) rather truly comfortably cold and air conditioned. But can’t complain for the prime location and price (around $100 USD per night).
Better than I expectThis hotel is so close to all kind of transport, train, bus, railway...etc. It included a breakfast more than I expected. It had different kinds of food, Western and Taiwanese styles. Hotel is old but still clean and tidy.
