This May, AKI Gallery will present a series of refreshing works by German conceptual artist, Raul WALCH. We are thrilled to take a beautiful trip with the artist and felt the freedom and hope in his works. 2021.05.08 (Sat) -2021.05.30 (Sun), sail with the Raul WALCH through the multiplication of artistic energy and sense the liberty in the infinite world.
【About Artist】
Raul Walch (b.1980-) Born in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. He’s graduated in Fine Art, Klasse Olafur Eliasson, UdK. He’s work and living in Berlin, Germany.
His work have been exhibited at many places including, unfollow, Eigen + Art, Berlin (2021), Intersections of Commen Space and Time, Space One, Seoul (2018), Walk-In-Progress, Vitamin Creative Space, Guangzhou, China (2014), Without Destination, Reykjavik Art Museum, Island (2011). He received the award Honorable Mention, Berlin Art Prize (2016), Artist Grant, Institut für Raumexperimente, Berlin (2012/13), and many Artist-in-Residence, Work stipend, Stiftung Kunstfonds, Bonn (2021), Residency at Paradise Air, Tokyo (2020).
