The target participants of the event are students of art classes and art talent classes. The event centers on marine and aesthetic education and combines with its maritime education theme – “Martine Culture and Maritime Resources.” It covers a diversity of courses in the forms of “exploring the sea” and “aesthetic creation”, to achieve the goal of aesthetic creation through field trips, hands-on classes, expressions, appreciation, and practice.
