We would like to stay againExcellent location in a wholesale district. Also has a lot of local food stalls, hole in the wall cafes to chill within walking distance. 15mins walk to Ningxia night market. In fact, this hotel is much better than some other 4/5 stars hotel I’ve ever stayed in Taipei .
Excellent experience!CSN is near Raohe, Wufenpu, and the MRT as well as 711. There’s also a nice food market near Watson’s in the mornings that you can browse. The hotel interior was sleek, modern & luxurious but simultaneously managed to be inviting and cozy. I like that multiple amenities (i.e. toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, shower cap, hairdryer, hot water heater, etc...) were provided. The staff was also very professional & attentive. I recommend fixing the shower door seal to prevent water from spraying out & installing more hooks on the empty walls to hang clothes. Also not all rooms appeared to be the same size. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short & extended stay!

Can’t fault stayBooked in for a few nights for business. The room was large and very well appointed. Lots of thought was put into the lights and features. The bathroom was clean, a good size and powerful shower. It really was everything you would expect and need. The location was good. Less than 30 minute walk from 101 and ten minutes from an MRT stop. The only slight blip was the staff didn’t speak great English. But as I am in their country and can’t speak any other language, I can’t complain.
Absolutely terribleThis hotel is a total let down!! We booked its most expensive suite yet due to whatever reason our reservation got messed up (assumed not hotel's fault allegedly) Thus upon arrival we were told there is no such room reserved for us but they offered the 2nd most expensive "City Suite deluxe" instead. Alas, pictures speak for themselves here. It's poorly maintained and awfully decorated to be even classed as 3 star hotel (let alone 4 star business suites it's trying to portrait itself) We just couldn't wait to check out from this hotel as soon as the next morning came. With the rate this hotel is charging, there really are much better choices in Taipei city can offer its visiting guests and business travelers than this.

Close to night marketWe arrived around 6pm and check in is really quick. We went out to dinner at night food market and it is quite close. Overall, we think the hotel is good but it is not that good to metro. We choose here as we are flying out from songshan next morning
