Great stay with great hospitalityThank you Via Hotel for the great hospitality! The pantry was provided with a wide variety of snacks, it was something exceptional from other hotels! Moreover there were supplies such as contact lens solution, hair band etc provided for the guest; it was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel! Thank you for the 5 star service😊
Terribly rude customer service and arrogant customer service leaderSecond time to post this. Deleted 1st review as I thought it was a mis-understanding, but turns out their customer service team sucks. Emailed to them for some feedback. Reply was terribly slow at first (but at least they reply). Prices went up ridiculously high, refused to allow me to speak out to management. Ended up in a i-thought-so-called misunderstanding because of the different language and tone. I emailed them again, but THEY SIMPLY IGNORED YOUR EMAIL. (how petty, tell me what is customer service). Explained to them it might be an misunderstanding but they are just rude. DID NOT REPLY ME AT ALL. My sister emailed them and they replied, "thanking us" and said a whole load of rubbish. DELAYED TIME AGAIN as their reply was terrible slow. (still did not reply my email when i clarified the mis-understanding with them, HOW GREAT SERVICE).They also mentioned about the review I posted on Tripadvisor, and hinting to us to delete them. I deleted the review as I thought since they replied my sister, they are sincere too. BUT HELL NO. This time they offered my sister sky high prices ($approx $150 higher) which I can book on other platforms even cheaper. NOT SINCERE at all. And at this time, because of all delay in replies by them, other hotels are unavailable or prices went up extremely HIGH. Left us with no other choices to book other hotels at higher price. And they can be so exaggerating, turn around facts and timeline. And for your info, the person who liaise with us is the customer service LEADER, Nikki. I wonder how she can be the leader. Guys, please beware. especially those who contacted them for special arrangement. They might not keep up to their words or will say you make them difficult. Or worst, they might treat you as transparent and said they never receive your email. For your info, facebook did indicate they read the text but they treat you as transparent.
