Gourmet experiences play a pivotal role in guiding tourism and carry profound significance in the lives of Taiwanese people. The Taiwan Culinary Exhibition aims to bring together diverse stakeholders, shape the cultural essence of Taiwanese cuisine, and serve as a catalyst for propelling the culinary tourism industry forward.
The 2025 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition, themed ''Fresh Catch Feast,'' featured four exhibition areas: 'TCE Golden Selection,' 'The Taste of Taiwan,' 'Exotic Cuisine,' and 'The Food Art Gallery,' showcasing the rich and diverse culinary tapestry of Taiwan. Throughout the four-day event, attendees enjoyed close to 400 culinary shows and food seminars and witnessed the active participation of over 200 chefs and artisans. The event drew a total of 122,939 visitors over the four days, signaling a significant increase in attendance.
The 2026 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition will be scheduled from July 31st to August 3th at Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. Centered on the theme ''Flavors-Drawn from the Land,'' the 2026 TCE highlights the craftsmanship behind brewing, fermentation, and aging, showcasing the distinctive flavors of Taiwan shaped by the culture and natural environment.We invite the public and all participating exhibitors to join this festive event as we continue to deepen the promotion of diverse culinary themes and enhance the quality of the exhibition. Through this food carnival, we aim to showcase the charm of Taiwanese cuisine to a wider international audience, making food a common language that bridges the connection between Taiwan and the world.
