140 Height Park is located in Wanmei Village, Wenshan District, Taipei City. It is on the north side of Wanning Street, the hilly land between Wanning Street and Section 2 of Wanmei Street. The entrances to the park are located beside No. 125 and No. 225 of Wanning Street respectively. One can go up by climbing the winding staircase and turn to the gravel trail after reaching the ridge. If one continues to walk along the ridge, there are viewing platform and pavilion with excellent views on the way. One can oversee the views on the ground as well as look at Taipei 101 and the city. It is also an excellent spot to stargaze and enjoy the moonlight. 

140 Height Park has the only “Mountain Indication Guide” in Taipei City, teaching the public more about the mountains including their names and height. There are also simple exercising facilities including sports equipment and stretching chair, allowing the public to experience the joy of stretch in the tranquil mountain.
