Located on the campus of the Chinese Culture University, Hwa Kang Museum is Taiwan’s earliest comprehensive university museum; its rich collection plays a key role in the country’s art research.
The museum’s collection includes modern and contemporary eastern and western painting, calligraphy, printing, photography, ancient ceramics, relics from Banqiao’s Lin Family, folk cultural relics, Beinan culture, jade, etc. Among them, modern painting and calligraphy are most representative. The quality of the museum’s collection is the highest among Taiwan’s university museums.
