Named after its location next to Normal University, its main roads are Shida Road and Longquan Street. Many alleys are extending inward, resulting in narrow roads forming walking areas. Taking the school district as the center drives lots of food, affordable clothing stores, and specialty coffee shops to gather in the business district to provide daily living needs for students from North and South Taiwan and foreign nationals studying Chinese in Taiwan.
