pic The area contains rich ecological resources: tracks of rare Chinese bamboo partridges and Chinese bulbuls are found, while hovering eagles and other birds can be seen at Shuimokeng and Liejiukeng. The Guizikeng Water and Soil Conservation Education Park has an area of about 5-6 hectares, and includes geographical and geological points of interest as well as biological features. Visiting groups can request volunteer guides by contacting Division 5th of the Department of Economic Development, Taipei City Government; free public campsites are available at platforms 100 and 110, though appointments should be made for overnight or day camping, picnicking and barbecues. The area can accommodate up to 2,000 people. The semicircle activity square provides residents for morning exercise and an outdoor activities site for citizen groups.
