Services & Facilities
Take a walk along the Keelung RiverThe Dajia Riverside Park runs along the Keelung River. You can walk or cycle, or even skateboard. Taipei began life as a river port, but the riverside was neglected for many years, now you can enjoy the river and the park. The park runs between Zhongshan Bridge and Dazhi Bridge; there's a fountain that erupts every hour, for half an hour, on the hour. The Riverside Park is an urban renewal project, it's a great place to release some energy.
The night scenery was amazing!!!Spent a night skateboarding alongside the Keelung river at Dajia Riverside Park to Yinfeng Riverside Park. The night scenery was amazing and it’s better than the day time coz of the breeze and without burning sun.
Dajia RiversidePart of a monumental effort by the authorities to 'green' Taipei, this park is best traveled by bicycle. I came here with my rented youbike and enjoyed a couple of hours at night when the lanes were very quiet. It is a great place to get away from the bustle of Taipei's street.
Beautiful and accessibleThe park is a wonderful place to get some exercise and nature all at once it stretches alongside the Keelung river and you can cross using many bridges. There are almist always a wide array of impressive birds and sometimes jumping fish. It is an excellent daily habit.
A great place to spend with your kidI like this park, it is so large and you can enjoy whole day with your family. Other than large compound on the riverside, you can rent bicycle on Entrance No.8 with reasonable price. The bicycles are in good quality, I rented two adult size and one 4-year old size bicycles for half a day and only costed me TWD300, which was less than USD10. There are quite a numbers of activities you can choose from, like cycling, fishing, picnic etc, I saw quite a number of pet lovers brought their dogs together. If you are lucky, you may spot the Taiwanese practicing their dragon boat ride in the Keelung river.
