Mr. Lee Lin-Chiu, an acclaimed Taiwanese ballad lyricist well-known for his songs, including "Bāng Chhun-hong" (literally meaning "Longing for the Spring Breeze") and "Red in the four seasons", is an important figure in the history of Taiwanese popular folksongs; his work is highly regarded as an intangible Taiwanese cultural heritage.
