Wenshan is famous for its production of Tieguanyin and green bamboo shoots. This festival takes advantage of the district’s rich cultural resources and famous art groups with a series of activities.

1. Wenshan walking tour: A stroll around Hua-nan New Village and down the Xianji Yan Trail to unwrap the cultural beauty of the district.
2. DIY sessions: Tea-dye workshop and bamboo-flavored Caozaiguo, a Taiwanese snack.
3. Green bamboo shoots feast: Mucha Farmers’ Association provides 100 tables of dishes made of bamboo shoots for visitors to sample and enjoy. Reservation is required.
