Taiwan cherry blossoms along the Neigou River in Lohas Park are going to bloom in early February, followed by the Yae-Zakura (double-layer) cherry blossoms. From February to early March, it will be the best time to visit the park. The romantic pink blooming scenery along the river plus the LED illumination at night will definitely show another kind of beauty of cherry blossoms.
