To promote the unique beef noodle industry, the "2025 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival" is scheduled to be held for three days in October at the Yuanshan Expo Park's Long Corridor Plaza. The event will feature two competition categories: Freshly Made and Pre-packaged (Ready-to-Eat), with the goal of selecting the Best Beef Noodle of the Year in each category. In addition, a beef noodle market will be organized, allowing attendees to taste delicious beef noodles and purchase related products. This event aims to boost business opportunities and generate buzz around Taipei's beef noodle industry.
