Located at the foot of the Datun Mountain Range, Ki-Pataw Shan-Tseng-Chi Park features a sloping terrain that lends itself to a unique floral display. From above, the flower fields, a vibrant tapestry of lavender, multicolored sweet William, crested cockscomb, begonia, silver ragwort, French marigolds, and dahlias, form the striking shape of a crested serpent eagle. This powerful image symbolizes the park's role in safeguarding Beitou's ecology and culture, much like an eagle protecting its territory. Inspired by the park's undulating, wave-like contours, this year's flower exhibition is themed "A Sea of Colorful Waves." The festival seamlessly integrates Beitou's local industries and popular attractions, enhancing the flower-viewing experience with added fun and excitement. It also showcases Beitou's vibrant energy and floral charm.
