The city government has planned three of the city's historic Taisugar Taipei Warehouses within the park as a Sugar Industry Cultural Exhibition Hall, a 10,000-seat Shinehouse Theatre, and a venue providing private units to station and use from Taiwan Sugar Corporation.

From the exit of MRT Longshan Temple Station, head west along Heping West Road and walk for less than 10 minutes to see the Hua-Jian Construction Housing, which consists of several curved five-story buildings connected by a circular overpass. This is where TV dramas, movies and even music videos by Korean girl groups shooting abroad, were filmed.

Wanhua Park No. 402 is at Bangka Boulevard and Xiyuan Road, Section 2. The Park has a brick low-rise bungalow, and on its left side is a sign that reads "Taipei Jen-Chi Relief Institution." Initially, this bungalow was a historical witness to Taiwan's care and assistance to low-income families during the Qing Dynasty.
