Cha For Tea constantly introduces new products, and the latest menu items include: King's Tea Cod and Osmanthus Cake with Cranberry. The restaurant also serves various vegetarian dishes as well as seasonal dishes. Come enjoy a bowl of tea, spend the day with us and forget all of your troubles!
The name, “Cha For Tea” originated from a tea poem, which goes like, “one finds true joy after having a pot of tea, why spend all the years self-cultivating when one can simply go have some tea?” Fuxing shop adopts the cultural theme, “peace”, and has both a tea house as well as a tea retail section. The 5 full length glass doors and a carving of various ‘tea’ characters hanging on the wall, fuse the minimalist and bright décor with an oriental temperament. The special tea beverages, desserts and tea meals bring the spirit of tea cuisine to the highest level.
Fuxing shop serves a wide variety of a la carte and set meals, where tea meal sets include: breakfast special, exquisite set meals and tea set meals. Afternoon tea menu includes: desserts, cold desserts, dessert soups, tea, noodles and tea meals. Almost all items include tea leaves in their ingredients.

Dishes made from teaAll dishes made from tea in some form, tea noodles, in tea oil, etc. I've returned to this place each time I'm in Taipei and have never been disappointed. Large servings. Set menus allow you to chose from a selection of side dishes to go with main course. A unique place. A few locations around Taipei. Of course they sell tea too.
Nice!A refined environment, with tea utensils and nicely decorated. A rich menu, delicious and served in a beautiful and clean space.
Generous portionsHad dinner here on New Year's Eve, ordered 2 set meals and couldn't finish everything as portions were large. We had the appetisers, bit-size vegetables/roots, black beans with a small refreshing drink. The soup was vegetarian lotus root and mushroom, the wonton soup had 2 delicious meat dumplings. The side of tofu featured 4 slices with carrot toppings. The mains were heavy, glutinous rice with spare rib enclosed and sea perch with broccoli and mushrooms while each rice portion could feed 2 people, but very delicious with ham bits on top. The dessert of tea-infused jelly was mercifully small but the drinks were large, the tomato one with too much ice but tasty. The citrus tea was excellent for digestion, lime I fuse fragrant tea in a pot that poured 4 cups! Service was excellent, discreet, courteous well-timed. Had to walk off that meal by venturing into the Ximentin area, but truly delicious and unusual meal for a moderate price.
Nice ambience and great foodTypical dim sum fare but beautifully presented with generous portions. Good variety of sets. My friend and I took a set each and we didn't have enough space on our tables!
To refuel, relax and enjoyWhen you are hungry after your shopping or tourist activities, this is a nice place to stop by. The place offers wide range of tea based drinks as well as some soft drink to quinge your thirst. It also provides a variety of food choices if you are hungry. Services is nice and professional. Get a take away if you are in a rush or want to dine in your hotel room for privacy :)
