In 2011, Chin-Chin launched “Zhishan Waterfront Handmade Taiwanese Delicacies”, a menu-less restaurant that continues the traditional Taiwanese chefs’ pursuit of good taste. Incorporating art into dining, Zhishan Waterfront is expected to continue as a leading brand of sophisticated Taiwanese cuisine!
Chin-Chin Garden Restaurant is located on the bank of WaishuangxiRiver (known for its thriving cultural activities) next to the treasure trove of Chinese artifacts: the NationalPalaceMuseum. With a history of more than three decades, this scenic garden restaurant is a renowned supplier of Taiwanese food as well as a major locale for trendy soap operas. The catering team of Chin-Chin received a Gold Medal at the Taipei Chinese Culinary Exhibition in 2006 and 2007. It was then proclaimed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a GSP-certified gourmet restaurant with excellent services in 2010, and listed by the Chinese Gourmet Association among Taiwan’s top 100 restaurants in 2011.
