Very local flavor and experience. Spicy option is available too, however, the Korean couple beside us didn't seem to enjoy it as it is too spicy for them. Staff is friendly too that gave us some recommendation.
Braised Beef Noodle (紅燒牛肉麵) was goodA Taiwanese colleague introduced this place to me. I tried a few other beef noodle stores around the area and find that their beef noodle still tasted better than the rest. They have different beef broths and I was curious how each one tasted like. So, I visited the store a few times to find out what I liked best. As I prefer thick and stronger tasting beef broth, the braised beef (紅燒 hong shao) noodle, on the top right-hand side of the ordering chit, was my favourite. The beef broth was thick and slightly salty, meat was tender and noodles were served seperately. They serve only limited serving of this dish per day so go earlier to avoid disappointment.
Very tasty beef noodle but ............quite pricey for a bowl of noodle cost Cad 12.00 consider in Taiwan! I think we pay for part of the restaurant being on a Michelin Guide. I enjoy my beef noodle here but will explore to other not as famous as this one...............
Great local food! reasonable price!Amazing taste of traditional local food. I ordered a big size, and it was pretty huge. I couldn't finish it but the taste was more than decent!

Best cuts I’ve had in a beef noodle soupI came here about ten minutes before opening, and I was lucky to be the second there, but it quickly filled up and the line consisted of more people than would fit the first serving. Once in I got the mixed soup with thick cuts of shank, tender chunks of tendon, and delicately sliced tripe. The meat was fantastic. I like my beef noodles spicy, so I usually let the broth cool a bit so the spiciness doesn’t get overpowering.
