Do you feel like a relaxing hot spring soak? All it takes is a 30-minute trip on the Metro to the Xinbeitou Station for your wish to be fulfilled!
Because of its rising steam and sulfurous fumes, people once considered Thermal Valley to be the home of witches. In fact the indigenous Ketagalan Tribe called this place "Pa-tauw," which means "witches." As a result, Beitou was referred to as the place of witches. When you leave the Xinbeitou Station, you will see Beitou Park straight ahead of you, and you will immediately realize that you have reached the home of witches.
