The 2025 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition, a flagship international event featured in Taiwan's biennial tourism calendar, is set to take place from August 1 to 4 at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1. With its prime location just steps away from the iconic Taipei 101, the Exhibition will be easily accessible. This year's theme is "Seafood: Fresh Catch Feast," and it will feature four main sections: "The Taste of Taiwan," "TCE Golden Selection," "Exotic Cuisines," and "The Food Art Gallery.” The Exhibition will showcase a variety of cuisines, including fresh seafood and signature island flavors, as well as globally award-winning gourmet souvenirs. Visitors are invited to experience Taiwanese cuisine and the Island's warm hospitality through its fresh, umami-rich flavors at this major Taiwanese cuisine event. It's the one-stop destination for experiencing the full flavor of Taiwan. Visitors can take home the most iconic gourmet souvenirs.

The Taiwan Culinary Exhibition lives by its motto: “Hands-on, See-it, Mouth-watering.” It features exciting, themed cooking shows and interactive experiences every day. This year, the spotlight is on Taiwan's seafood treasures. There will be live chef demonstrations and expert talks throughout the venue. Popular Taiwanese food influencer "Making Sashimi at Home" will take the main stage to share expert tips on filleting and plating fish like a pro. There will also be a live tuna carving demonstration featuring a fresh catch from Pingtung, as well as hands-on cooking classes where you can cook alongside top chefs.
