As Taiwan's only exhibition dedicated exclusively to food and culinary culture, this year's event adopts the theme ''Flavors—Drawn from the Land'', showcasing the flavors shaped by brewing, fermentation, aging techniques, local traditions, climate, and regional landscapes. The exhibition features four themed zones: ''The Taste of Taiwan," "TCE Golden Selection," "Exotic Cuisines," and "The Food Art Gallery.”

Visitors can explore a diverse selection of Hakka cuisine, Indigenous foods, Bib Gourmand-recommended dishes, award-winning restaurants, vegetarian brands, Michelin-recommended delights from five-star luxury hotels, popular agricultural specialty products, and regional souvenirs from across Taiwan. Premium coffee, wines, fermented foods, and local delicacies, making it possible for travelers to sample Taiwan’s culinary highlights and purchase distinctive gifts all in one visit.

Live Culinary Demonstrations by Master Chefs and Champion Artisans
The Taiwan Culinary Exhibition lives by its motto: “Hands-on, See-it, Mouth-watering.” The culinary showcase series will feature cultural researcher Andy Chou, third-generation black bean soy sauce (yimyu) brewer Yi-Che Hsieh of Yu-Ding-Shing, Buffalo Bookstore founder Joy Liu, and Michelin-selected restaurant Monsoon chef Ted Liao and Hakka cuisine chef Luo Jinhan.

These sessions reveal how ingredients develop unique flavors through time and craftsmanship.

''The Food Art Gallery'' zone gathers master artisans specializing in fruit and vegetable carving, fondant art, and artistic bread creations. For the first time, the exhibition will also feature large-scale food models and handcrafted Taiwan-themed soaps of culture and local traditions, creating an immersive and highly photogenic experience that celebrates the artistry behind food culture.

Award-Winning Taiwanese Delicacies Meet Global Flavors
The exhibition brings together premium products, featuring signature foods, award-winning beverages, and distinctive souvenirs from Yilan, Pingtung, Chiayi, Tainan, Taipei, and beyond. Highlights include internationally acclaimed Taiwanese products such as OMAR whisky, championship-winning coffee, premium tea and chocolate, and craft cocktails, offering visitors a comprehensive taste of Taiwan’s culinary craftsmanship and regional specialties.
