The Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government has launched the "Beitou, Let's Go on Route 9" series, which began on July 1, 2026. Centered on the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Beitou–Zhuzihu Line (Bus Route S9), the program connects Beitou's hot springs, cuisine, natural scenery, and local shopping districts through discounted package deals, inviting visitors to plan a summer getaway in Beitou.

The campaign features four special packages: "Light Trip Day Tour," "Hot Spring Day Tour," "Therapeutic Soak Two-Day Tour," and "Floral Fragrance Two-Day Tour." Together, the packages combine lodging, hot spring bathing, and local experiences, along with discounts at participating businesses. Packages are available for purchase at Lion Travel's Taipei Main Station and Banqiao Station branches, as well as through the ibon Ticketing System, and are valid through December 11, 2026. The "Therapeutic Soak Two-Day Tour" also offers a limited buy-two-get-one-free promotion for 150 sets. Visitors who present their package ticket or scan the QR code onboard after taking Bus Route S9 can also enjoy discounts at 20 participating Beitou businesses.

Beitou is known for its hot springs, cuisine, and natural scenery, and summer also brings events such as the "Beitou Summer Festival" and the "Beitou Naliang Festival." Visitors are welcome to hop on Bus Route S9 and experience Beitou's travel appeal from a seasonally different perspective than in winter.
