Vegetarian only restaurant, must visitHad a sumptuous dinner. They have a very big buffet spread of vegetarian food. There was choice of soups, noodles, rice, stir fried veggies, salads, fresh fruits, tofu made shrimp and fish sushi, desserts and lot more. It is on the 3rd floor so you need to look up for the signboard when in the vicinity. Elevator also does not have a sign so you have to ask someone.
Vegetarian buffetThe restaurant is bit run down. Food variety not much selection. Suggest to some. Western or fusion items.

Amazing!I travel a lot and I love good food. I'm also a vegetarian. When some friends took me to this restaurant I thought I had died and gone to food heaven. It is hard to imagine a vegetarian restaurant with more choices. It is served buffet style, which I prefer so I can select exactly what I want.
Excellent Vegetarian RestaurantLast reviewed Spring Vegetarian Restaurant the last time we were in Taipei (May 2016). We go to Spring two or three times per trip (on average every year and a half). It seems better than ever. It features a substantial vegetarian buffet--scrumptious stuff. There is more than one outlet. We like the one on Heping Road just off the south side of the Da'an Forest Park. It may be a bit difficult for non-Chinese speaking newcomers to find--given that there are four buildings showing the address 177 Heping Road. It's the one with the brown marble facade. Take the elevator to the third floor. You won't regret it.
Excellent place for vegetarian foodTo reach the place is quite difficult if you don't know about it before- there's no signs on the outside or in the elevator, however it is on the third floor. I went here to have some late lunch and found the price to be only 350 twd. The food? The food was really good- they had a large range of soups, greens, vegetables, dumplings, tofu, vegetarian nuggets, noodles that you can make yourself, tempura and other vegetarian main dishes. As for dessert- fresh fruits, cakes, cookies, soft ice, sorbet and regular ice cream. As for drinks- juice, soda, water, tea and coffee. The service and staff was surprisingly good and they knew how to speak English. Paying with card is an option here. I'd say this is my favorite vegetarian place I've been to in Taipei. I would truly recommend this place- especially during the afternoon-tea prices!
