The Taipei Children's Arts Festival is one of the city’s most exciting summer events. Families fill the park square to enter a creative world specially made for children by art groups from Taiwan and overseas. A theme is set every year as the starting point for explorations by visitors during which life philosophy can be learned from a highly creative program.
