Wood serves as the most instinctive link for humans to nature, constituting an essential component of human civilization. Throughout history, humans have consistently employed forest resources, encompassing paper, daily necessities, and furniture, all bearing witness to this intimate relationship. This closeness intensifies the dramatic tension when the warmth associated with wood is disrupted by cold, harsh artificial pigments, thereby shaping Willy VERGINER's distinctive visual language.

Inspired by the traditional woodcarving spirit and technical foundation of the Italian Academy in Selva di Val Gardena, Willy VERGINER's creations seamlessly integrate contemporary artistic concepts and media. His themes primarily center around individuals, especially young men, and women, including teenagers and children, with the aim of conveying the purest primal emotions towards nature and life. The prominent color blocks and impeccable balance in unconventional postures evoke a strong sense of floating and lingering, disrupting viewers established visual perceptions and creating a sensation as if gravity and time cease to exist. This delicate equilibrium, reminiscent of gravitational forces, symbolizes the necessity for a balanced coexistence between humanity and nature.
Color, as another form of communication between VERGINER and the viewer, transcends universally accepted color codes in human civilization. His unique color philosophy occasionally diverges from conventional frameworks, opting for completely contrasting colors. This not only elicits entirely different interpretations from viewers but also injects a playful element into his works. Using easily understood subjects, Willy VERGINER humorously articulates the "difficulty" of coexisting with nature, expressing a sincere hope for life and ideals.

The ongoing exhibition at AKI Gallery, featured at the Voices Art Fair, revolves around the theme " Eden 2.0" depicting a world constructed by human transformation and influence on nature. This extends Willy VERGINER's core creative philosophy, delving deeper into humanity's imaginative visions for life. The term "2" symbolizes an opportunity for reconsideration and change before nature's retaliation consumes humanity, indicating a desire to find a new mode of coexistence with nature and an aspiration to enhance the existing relationship between society and nature. "Second" also implies the continuation of life chapters, transitioning fearlessly towards ideals despite challenges.

Within the exhibition, a girl immersed in an artificial starry sky with closed eyes appears to anticipate something. A
