March 23 in the lunar calendar is the birthday of Qingshan King, where a big worship event takes place in Monga (Wanhua) region every year. On lunar October 20 and 21, Qingshan King will conduct an unannounced visit to the region in the evening. On lunar October 22, a grand pilgrimage will be held with an idolatrous procession and parade. As this grand event can be compared to the City God's Birthday Celebration and Baosheng Cultural Festival, these three events are reputed as the top three biggest religious rite in Taipei City.
