The procession that was on hiatus due to renovation of the temple in 2015 and 2016 will return this year. The traditional “King’s Banquet” and the evil-countering “Liang Huang Dharma Assembly”, alongside theater performances, markets, exhibitions, workshops and tours, will also take place in Taipei Xia-Hai City God Temple in 2017, offering visitors a full cultural and historic experience of traditional Taipei.
