The 2023 Tianmu Beer Festival will take place in Tianmu between June 22 and July 23 to promote beer culture and stimulate the local economy. Over hundreds of businesses in the neighborhood will offer deals and bargains throughout this period.
As a part of the festival’s weekly highlights, there will be an activity highlighting American beer and cuisine at the west entrance of Tianmu SOGO Department Store on July 8. In addition to beverages, visitors can also order a special entrée “Hog Crossing Coal Flames Cloaked in Bread”. The innovative southern-style cuisine – featuring roasted pork combined with tasty bread – will definitely tantalize the taste buds of gourmets.
During the beer festival period, visitors who patronize event partner stores will receive one raffle coupon for every NT$200 spent. The raffle offers prizes such as South Korea roundtrip tickets for two, GOGORO VIVA KEYLESS, iPhone 14 128 G, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and more!
Some of the partner stores of the 2023 Tianmu Beer Festival include: Pizza Oggi, one of the first pizza stores in Taiwan to be certified by the True Neapolitan Pizza Association; Mother’s Kitchen, a frequent on the Michelin Guide; Fillers and Co., a nostalgic, Japanese-style café; and BRICK PAPA, a must-visit destination for Lego enthusiasts.
Taipei City Government reminds the public not to drink and drive. To ensure one’s wellbeing and other people’s safety, individuals who had some alcoholic beverages should either take public transportation/taxi or assign a designated driver for the trip home.
During the major stage events slated for July 22 and 23, the organizers will collaborate with Taiwan Designated Driver (TDD), yoxi, and 55688 to offer designated driver service for revelers. Customers who enter “2023BEER” on their TDD app will receive a NT$100 voucher, and the company will also offer designated driver service for 3 lucky winners traveling within Taipei/New Taipei on each day of the two-day event. Likewise, those who type “天母啤酒節“ in the yoxi app will also receive NT$100 voucher for rides. For 55688 users, individuals will receive a NT$330 designated driver voucher entering BEER330 on the company’s app.
